2012-01-18
CHH Bielany Park will build a 64,000 m² shopping centre named Bielany Trade Center in Wroclaw’s Bielany district that will house about 700 producers, distributors and retailers from the clothing, interior design, and store supply segments. The investment is worth around PLN 100m (€22.9m) and will provide up to 1,000 jobs.
Construction is to start at the end of March or beginning of April. The first two sections of the project, both measuring over 18,000 m², are scheduled to launch in October 2012. One of them will house wholesale and the other retail traders. The third and largest section, measuring over 26,000 m², will open in spring 2013 and will host both wholesalers and retailers. The wholesale units will measure 32-90 m² and the retail stores will measure 45-221 m².
CHH Bielany Park expects 4.5 million annual visitors at the complex, also from the neighbouring Czech and German markets.
