Esotiq & Henderson to launch new fashion chain

Lingerie and underwear company Esotiq & Henderson signed a letter of intent regarding taking a 51% stake in Eva Minge Design. The companies will launch a new fashion chain on the Polish market in March 2012 named Eva Minge&Esotiq, with 20 stores to open this year.
Esotiq & Henderson had consolidated sales revenues of PLN 55.7m (€13.3m) and a PLN 532,000 (€127,000) net profit in Q1-Q3 2011.
The Esotiq women’s lingerie chain consists of over 140 stores in Poland, as well as seven in Russia, five in Slovakia, eight in Lithuania and two in Moldova. The Henderson men’s underwear chain consists of over 150 stores in Poland.
The Esotiq and Henderson brands gained a strategic investor at the end of 2010 and left the LPP clothing group.
