The total area of the centre is 7,200 m², and the leasable area comes to 2,900 m². The car park has 110 spaces. The largest tenant is the Bomi delicatessen store. The gallery will be also occupied by InMedio, Rossmann, CCC and the Millennium Bank. The general investor of the project is
Caelum Development, an Irish group.
