A new shopping and recreation complex for Lublin

A modern recreation, retail and hotel complex is planned for Lublin, according to Dziennik Wschodni. The investor of the project is the firm Agromex Development 1, based in Poznan. It is estimated that the cost will be PLN 70m (€18.2m).
The investor plans to build a 100 room hotel, a cinema with at least five screens and a car park for 800 vehicles. The shopping gallery is to house small and medium-sized retailers whose premises will not exceed 2,000 m² of usable space. There are no plans to build a large hypermarket.
