Gemini shopping galleries being built in Bielsko-Biala and Tarnow

The development firm Gemini Holdings is building two shopping centres, in Bielsko-Biala and Tarnow.
Gemini Park in Bielsko-Biala takes up 35,000 m² in total, and there is 27,500 m² of leasable area. It is located in the southern part of the town and will house 84 stores and service points, along with a car park for around 1,000 vehicles. The opening of the centre is planned for the second quarter of 2009.
The Gemini Jasna Park gallery in Tarnow will have 40,000 m² of leasable area and will house around 90 stores. The largest tenants will include Tesco, Media Markt and Castorama. Construction work is due to be completed in the second half of 2009.
