Pasaz pod Gryfem shopping gallery to appear in Miedzyzdroje

Miedzyzdrojski Rynek is the investor of a new shopping gallery bearing the Pasaz pod Gryfem name planned for Miedzyzdroje. The two-storey complex, which will be built on the site of a former marketplace, will take up 4,400 m² of usable area, and its car park will have room for 180 vehicles.
The general contractor of the complex is Erbud, and the Urbicon studio worked on the project design. It is estimated that PLN 25m (€6m) will be invested.
The gallery’s foundation stone was officially laid on 18 June 2010.
