Church Land Development, the investment fund belonging to Dariusz Milek, the founder and main shareholder of NG2 footwear group, has received a building permit for Korona Kielce, a shopping mall located in Kielce.
The construction works are scheduled to commence at the end of July 2010 and the opening of the complex is planned for Q1 2012. The centre will take up 93,000 m² of the total area and 34,000 m² of usable space. The value of the investment is estimated at PLN 300m (€73.9m).
