The development company Galeria Chelmska has applied for a building permit for the construction of a shopping gallery called Galeria Chelmska in Chelm. The work is due to begin in Q1 2011.
The complex will house a hypermarket, a Castorama, a DIY store and 80 other outlets, along with cafes and restaurants. The overall area of the gallery will be 32,000 m², and the car park will have space for 700 vehicles. The establishment is due to open at the end of 2012.
