Redan, the clothing group which manages the Top Secret, Troll and Textilmarket chains, intends to introduce a new brand on the market in 2011. The Drywash brand will consist of casual sports clothing.
During the first stage, 40% of the new collections will be sold at the company’s stores under the Top Secret & Friends brand names, and 60% will be offered at multibrand sports stores. In addition, Drywash wear will be available via Redan’s online store.
In 2011, the sales revenues of the new brand are expected to come to PLN 10m (€2.5m). Over the next five years, the brand should, eventually, generate between PLN 100-150m (€25-38m) every year.
The introduction of the new brand will not affect the group’s recently presented three-year financial forecast. In 2010, Redan expects to earn sales revenues of PLN 333.7m (€83.4m) and to make a net profit of PLN 5.8m (€1.5m), whereas in 2011 the figures are expected to be PLN 469.4m (€117.3m) and PLN 19.6m (€4.9m) respectively. In 2012, the group hopes to earn sales revenues of PLN 641.7m (€160.4m), and to make a net profit of PLN 37.4m (€9.3m).
