A development firm PA Nova plans to construct a shopping gallery in Jaworzno. The complex is to take up 25,000 m² and a value of the investment is estimated at PLN 200m (€50.4m).
The construction is scheduled to commence by the end of 2011 or at the beginning of 2012.
Moreover, PA Nova intends to commence a building of retail park in Stalowa Wola in 2010, while in 2011 it will start constructing a retail park in Zamosc and a shopping gallery in Kedzierzyn-Kozle.
In H1 2010, the developer generated PLN 68.6m of sales revenues and PLN 8.9m of a net profit.
